How to build great teams and cultures explored through uniquely engaging keynotes and training.
“John’s safari presentation… was probably the best of its kind I have seen in my 30-year career.”

What is a Leadership Safari?
John Carroll's Leadership Safaris are face-to-face or online experiential keynote presentations and workshops themed on African animal fables.
Each fable is an adventure through a specific leadership territory. Your safari will include side trips into anecdotes, examples and practical applications. Each fable can stand alone or be part of a more comprehensive leadership learning itinerary.

Planning Your Leadership Safari Itinerary
Choose one of the Big 5 Territories, or plan a series of safari adventures through two or more territories in turn.
Each territory has an associated fable that tracks the central messages of that territory’s topic.
