Our keynote speaker today is a master storyteller with an extraordinary life story and a unique way of sharing his thought-provoking messages through African animal fables.

He’s going to take us on a journey into the African bush on a Leadership Safari.

He’s an ex-CEO and Managing Director who grew up surrounded by African wildlife through the Rhodesian Civil War in what’s now Zimbabwe. He’s been through active military service, personal tragedy, and chronic illness. He’s lived life on three continents, founded his own successful advertising agency from which not a single staff member resigned in 7 years, and later, in Australia, led a large human services company through the merging of 12 separate organisations in a four year period, to achieve global top-tier staff satisfaction and engagement ratings only one year after the main merger.

He’s the author of “Purposeful – A Step-By-Step Guide to Finding Clear Direction in a Chaotic World”, and “Leading for an Engaged Culture: How The Meerkats Formed a Family and Other Stories”. He has been listed in The Australian Business Journal’s “Top 20 Leadership Experts To Watch 2021”, has been published in numerous business magazines, and has appeared on national radio and television.
